Current Availability
TradeTrace is currently in early access and is offered as a free service. Payment is not live yet and paid plans are not available yet. Because no paid plan is live, no charges occur and no paid refunds are currently processed.
Future Paid Plans
When paid plans become available, subscription and billing policies — including refund eligibility, billing cycles, and cancellation procedures — will be clearly presented at checkout before any payment is made.
Refund Principles (Future)
- Refund eligibility and timeframes will be stated clearly at the time of purchase.
- Cancellation will stop future charges; you will retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
- Requests outside the stated eligibility window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
