TradeTrace (“we”, “us”, or “the Service”) is a trade journaling and analytics SaaS for personal trade review, record organization, and performance visualization. By using TradeTrace, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What TradeTrace Is

TradeTrace helps you organize your own trading records, review your trading behavior based on imported historical data, and visualize performance patterns over time. All analysis is based on data you upload.

3. What TradeTrace Is Not

TradeTrace does not provide any of the following:

• Buy or sell signals of any kind
• Automated trading or order execution
• Brokerage or custody services
• Guaranteed returns or profit promises
• Real-time market data or price predictions
• Market tracking, wallet tracking, or blockchain transaction tracking

All charts, statistics, and analysis are provided solely for personal record-keeping, learning, and behavioral review. They do not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make. Use of TradeTrace does not replace the judgment of a qualified financial adviser. Past behavior patterns identified by TradeTrace do not guarantee or predict future trading results.

5. Data You Upload

You retain ownership of the trading data you upload. By uploading data, you grant TradeTrace a limited license to process and display that data for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You agree not to use TradeTrace to violate any applicable law, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
